Title: Spaghetti ingredients: Suka, spoon of ketchup and asukal

My friend's birthday. I just arrived from subic after my interview. The celebration will be in my place in Santol. Just a simple celebration, but cool one. I met them [Lian, Joylan, Analea, Jollie and Julie Anne] at Jolibee in stop 'n shop. We immediatley left the place
It's early when we started enjoying the foods especially the graham cake. Then we bought a case of red horse and sat cross legged on the floor. Our house has no dividers in sala and kitchen. We're just two in the house, my sister and I. We usually enjoy watching tv sitting on the floor or sometimes listen to music lying. The floor is made of wood.
The glass started filling our stomach and head and every round seems to change someone to a person we never met before. Some are getting talkative, others sensitive and some are getting so silent. Lian turned the player in full volume that made the night damn noisy. Another set of beer came. It's already 11 o'clock in the evening and others are lying in the kitchen, others in the room. Some are downstairs and some are trying to stop vomiting.

Unexpectdly, Mateo who just arrived from Marinduque with Balweg came. Of course we have to buy another set and so we did. Mateo asked for a merienda since he's hungry from the trip. so I checked the table but only the noodles of spaghetti were left.
I set the burner in fire and placed the pan. After some time, I poured cooking oil and sliced garlic and onion. I'm quite drank but i know what I'm doing [I think so?!]. Since we ran out of ketchup, I cooked it with this:
  1. saute anion and garlic
  2. Put a little water on the ketchup container to color the spag red
  3. pour sugar [i used refined sugar]
  4. And to have a sweet and sour taste, pour some vinegar [Sukang Datu Puti ginamit ko]
  5. Simmer for three minutes and place noodles after.
  6. let in low fire for2 minutes ot when the noodles absorbed the sauce.

Then serve while it's hot!

Mateo said it tastes good [Ciemopre lacng ka na eh!] and the three of us, Mateo and Balweg were laughing while the others are already dreaming. I retired earlier then the two since I'm already full. Monday, we're lying till 8 am since we're all suffering from hang-over. I swent to Joylan in Bayanan Muntinlupa after school and decided to sleep there.

If you want the recipde, set a case of beer. lol!
