Midnight in the bosom of a mountain
Malamig Banton Romblon

Group of girls and boys headed to Malamig. Mountain in my hometown. A tourist spot by nature with its wide waving, plain green fields. Tha is one of the best places I ever reached. I love the ran after the low flying birds to make them our viand for lunch.lol! We all slid on slope by "PAYWA"(the wooden like/ wider part of coconuts leaves) We were shouting to the sky which seems to be a meter away. the breeze is cool and fresh.
We went into a cliff facing the elephant island and Yook Overviewed the islands surrounding the place where first took my first breathe. It's cool and sentimental. But night time is the most unforgettable moment. We set fire and sat around it for warmth with wines and lots of grilled birds. We talked and teased and played until 12pm. the wind is piercing through my 3 layer shirts and pants. Our breathe renders mist in every exhale we take. it's cold way up there.
I'll never forget that time. Especially when a girl climb young coconuts for us. She's a veteran I must say, Climbs like a beast and shouts that way too ha ha ha.
to be continued...

cycled at 8:23 PM
